These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by New Leaf Landscapes, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By contacting us, requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or using our SMS communications, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

New Leaf Landscapes, Inc. provides landscaping design and installation services, including but not limited to landscape design, arbors, walls, patios, turf and sod installation, irrigation systems, and outdoor lighting. We currently serve Hollister, Gilroy, Morgan Hill, and San Jose, California.

2. Appointments and Consultations

• On-site consultations are offered free of charge for properties within our service area.

• Consultations are available Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 AM – 3 PM Pacific Time.

• Properties outside our service area may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances.

3. Quotes and Estimates

• Estimates are provided after an on-site consultation and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

• All quotes are subject to change based on final scope, materials, and site conditions.

• A signed contract is required before any project work begins.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number, whether verbally during a phone call or in writing through our website, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from New Leaf Landscapes, Inc.

Types of messages you may receive:

• Appointment confirmations after booking

• Appointment reminders before scheduled consultations

• Service-related follow-up messages

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and project status, typically 2 to 4 messages per appointment.

Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Communication Recording

Phone calls to and from New Leaf Landscapes, Inc., including calls handled by our AI receptionist, may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping purposes. By continuing the call, you consent to such recording.

6. AI Receptionist Disclosure

We use an AI-powered receptionist to handle inbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments. Our AI agent will clearly identify itself as an AI at the start of each call. You may request to speak with a human team member at any time during the call.

7. Limitation of Liability

Information provided through our website, AI receptionist, or initial consultations is for general guidance only. Final project details, costs, and timelines are confirmed only in a signed contract. We are not liable for any reliance on preliminary information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of New Leaf Landscapes, Inc. and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
